religion..

Is your life altered by an event, a person or anything presently in your life?
Religion.
My interaction and experience with religion is bittersweet. I have come across very judgemental christians, understanding and comforting christians and basically everything inbetween. My first experience did not spark an interest and further distanced my want to believe or become a christian. I was constantly surrounded by capparent believers that did not help with bridging of an individual from being a non-believer, to a believer. I would never say they are good or bad christians, I can only say they made my experience bitter...
My second interaction with religion has caused my spiritual life to blossom into a very desirable result. I have met down to earth, humble, modest, loving and caring people. Their understanding has allowed for further personal developments of a relationship, one between myself and God. Ultimately, my understanding of christianity is this exact relationship. I would never pressure my beliefs or thoughts upon another individual because religion is very personal....and the choices you or I make to extend our beliefs beyond the intangible world explains the existence of religion.
I would like to thank everyone who has graced me with their ideas, beliefs and thoughts...your contributions to my religious growth is beyond a simple thank you..
