Nightmares.

I find myself always in a nightmare when my dream starts off like this....(this exact sequence)

1. I see a clown
2. He chases me
3. We run to an elementary school playground
4. He chases me to the highest point of the playground
5. I jump, land and begin running away again
6. He slides down the fireman pole and chases after me

Then my nightmare begins. The nightmare usually never even includes the clown, but it starts off that way and branches off to something like being locked in a tight space, walking in a morgue, sitting on a chair in a wet and dark basement or something at that degree of nonsense.
It kind of sucks to have dreams like that, but they´re completely uncontrollable unless you have an on-going fear of some sort, in my case, the clown. Weird how our minds play around like that..I hate waking up in a cold sweat and realizing that i am 23 years old and still fear crazy clowns...
